LGBTQ+ Pride is celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in New York.
Small communities and major cities across our nation and the world celebrate with parades, picnics, parties, concerts, and other events.
Pride Karaoke 2026
Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just want to enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome! There’s no pressure to perform - come sing, cheer others on, or simply soak up the good vibes. All voices, all comfort levels, all fun!
And grab a beer (age 21+) from our favorite ‘Birds!
Pride in the Park 2025
Over 800 attendees came together to celebrate Cowley County Pride in 2025, demonstrating strong community support for inclusion. The free event featured performances by Holmes Street Band, Carter Humphreys and Friends, Cowley Theatre, and emcee Divinity Masters. There were more than 25 local booths and valuable resources for attendees.

Roll with Pride Bike Ride 2023
Pump up your bike tires and get some stretching in! The awesome team at Walnut Valley Outpost is leading a leisurely paced 5-mile bike ride around Winfield for all abilities. Be creative with your PRIDE outfits and bring all the colors of the rainbow. Come decorate your bike, enjoy free coffee and breads from College Hill Coffee, experience guided meditation/yoga with Rachel Erin, and free chair massages with Amanda Wood!
